No ordinary fish tale
Many thanks to Dwayne Booth and Pablo Bryant for enlightening us on their new documentary in the works in the "Mr Fish: Cartooning From the Deep End A Documentary" interview on blogtalkradio!
Dwayne is the cartoonist and freelance writer also known as "Mr. Fish". Pablo is a filmmaker who became fascinated with the work of Mr. Fish, and felt that our species could benefit from a documentary that brings Mr. Fish's work to light. This author could not agree more.

Copper Rock Steak House _ Four Winds Casino and Resort is Top SHELF!
Copper Rock Steak House, the top shelf restaurant of Four Winds Casino and Resort, located in New Buffalo Michigan is one of my absolute favorite places to dine. While it is a $$ for a frequent visit, it is without a doubt worth the $$.
Why is it considered one of my top 3 places to dine? 1) it is in a close proximity to where I live, easily accessible. 2)The staff is extremely welcoming, friendly and they make you feel as though your being there matters. The multiple levels of staff see to your every need. 3)The menu selections are outstanding, and generous 4) Awesome wine!
Each meal is served up with a basket of the most amazing bread, and spreads to adorn the palatable pleasures. Every meal is not complete until a delectable Beignet is served up with a warning to "pop it all in your mouth at once or you will wear the dark chocolate truffle hidden inside!" Trust me, you will not want to miss one single drop of this hot chocolate delight!
Some of my favorites off the menu is;Himalayan Tenderloin~Presented on a Himalayan Pink Salt Brick, Olive Oil, Arugula & Grilled Cheese Bread
Burrata Caprese Salad~Bruno Russo Tomatoes, Burrata Cheese, Fine aged Balsamic Vinegar & Olive Oil
French Onion Soup~Three Cheese Crust
Chicken Saltimbocca~Roasted Chicken Breast Filled with Fontina, Prosciutto, Fresh Sage & Brown Butter
Prime rib of Beef~U.S.D.A. Prime Beef, Natural Au Jus, Yorkshire Pudding
During the week, Copper Rock also offers a 3 course meal option which is worth the trip!
Mangia!
